Your website needs to suit both your audience and budget. What’s right for one business, church or charity isn’t right for the next. With that in mind we start with a simple no obligation conversation.
From that conversation we will know more about what you want, what’s realistic to maintain and some options for consideration. That will include a fixed-price quote with clarity about what that includes.
We broadly provide 3 different types of package (ascending in cost):
- Standard website – standard layout with customisations, 2 training sessions
- Custom webite – graphical mockups and custom build, 2 training sessions
- Shop website – graphical mockups and custom build, email templates, 3 training sessions
Of course sometimes you might just need a smaller tweak/ fix to an existing site or to build something completely customised. Just get in touch and we’ll talk through your needs and provide a fixed-price quote.
Editable, Flexible and Trained
If you like to work at 3am in the morning and want to update your site, then you should be able to. Wherever possible we try to make your site simple to edit; no coding involved.
Additionally you will receive personal training (often in-person) to ensure you understand not just how to edit your site, but why; especially so you can get the best results for users and search engines.
Solid WordPress Foundations
Far from it’s humble origins as a blogging tool, WordPress is a solid foundation for sites of pretty much any size. We have customised it with things like video user manuals and industry-standard Gravity Forms among other premium add-ons that ensure it is simple, secure and just works.
Like any software, the software behind websites needs upgrading on a regular basis for additional functionality and security. However for freshSPRING customers there aren’t any ongoing license fees, just a single low annual cost for the time it takes to do the updates.
Our relationship doesn’t end when your website launches. We’ve been there for our clients since even before we incorporated in 2005, by phone and email. You can get in touch without worrying about cost, and we’ll remind you how to do something at your pace in plain English 🙂
If you need more help, we can even take on an admin role on a regular basis – helping to work on content for websits, email newsletters, etc. This isn’t a retainer, rather a pre-agreed scope of work with a clear budget cap approach – and you’re only charged for work done.
