Social Media Training
Using Facebook personally and using it for an organisation is different. Of course you also need to consider a presence on other platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest … the list goes on.
Unfortunately it can’t be ignored anymore because social media is almost expected; and a better reason is that your visitors are already there. If you go where they are then they can interact.
However, with a little marketing strategy and only a little extra work you can have a clear strategy which is supportive of what you’re already doing (updating your website – really, do this first and forget social media til then) it can become a fun way of helping to add a more ‘human’ element to sharing your message.
Just kidding, you can call or email
In the case of one-to-one training, about 2 hours is ideal; anymore and it can be too much at once, plus there is a need to practice what you’ve just learnt at soon as possible (within the new 7 days ideally).
While we can provide facilities, typically it is best to train in-person because if something is going to go wrong it will happen on your computer, on your Internet connection and we can solve it much quicker.
