If we are hosting your website then we include a common domain name for free, you only pay for any additional domain names.
Common Domain Names (1 Year Registration)
- .com .org .net .eu = £8.75 excl VAT, £10.50 incl VAT
- .co.uk .org.uk = £2.92 excl VAT, £3.50 incl VAT
(2 years initial registration = £5.84 exl VAT, £7.00 incl VAT)

Domain Name Transfers
Transferring a domain in or out has no additional cost other than a year’s registration when transferring in .com .org .net and .eu (required by the national registry).
We know you rarely do this while we do it day in and day out so often customers entrust their existing login details to us and we sort out the move, including email accounts. Just select that you want to ‘Transfer’ a domain when making a purchase and we’ll go from there.
Domain Name Rescue
It happens, you forget to lose your domain, don’t know where it is, etc. However usually we can restore it (if someone else hasn’t taken it) and to do so we charge:
- 1-2 hours (at £30/hour including VAT) depending on the complexity involved
- Any other fees at cost, eg. Nominet’s Fees to sort out domains ending in .uk or Registrar’s admin fees above a normal transfer-out cost
