Personal Support
Support is what makes freshSPRING different; we don't just talk about being available but you really can get through to someone who has time, expertise and ability.
We promise to
- listen to your query
- give an answer that you can understand, no matter how many tries it takes
- respond to all requests as quickly as possible
- work outside office hours to respond to emergencies
There is no limit to the support for your hosting. Many of our clients feel free to ask us advice about all kinds of things (eg. whether they are buying a good laptop or what we think of a business idea). We do love a chat and want to have a relationship with you so we can help you more.
Phone Support
No annoyingly expensive numbers or hold menus, just call the number at the top of our site and we will do our best to answer the phone. You will get through to someone with experience who can probably resolve it all right then.
If we're too busy just leave a message and it will be automatically emailed to all the team so the first person available can sort it out. And yes, we will call you back on a mobile or whatever works for you.
Email Support
Some queries take a little more effort or perhaps it's easier to send us an email. Like voice messages, this is sent to all the team and the first one available will reply attempting to resolve your query (not send you a help file!).
In-Person Support
We don't just hide anonymously behind a desk, sometimes you need to see someone at your desk (or even bedroom) and if needed we will come to you. Although based in London we do have other people around the country able to help too.
If we're building a website for you we often set up the emails as part of our visits just to save you time as it's not something you'll have to do that often.
Online Support & Resources
We also have a bank of online support to which we are constantly adding. It covers things like how to add an email address to Outlook through to Content Management System queries like 'how do I add a page?'
We are working hard to increase this resource and also to add more advice, eg. on things like 'should I be on Facebook and Twitter?' and 'where do I get quality photos from for marketing?' so you really have much more than a hosting account and website but a resource.
Remote Support
In some cases we don't just talk or email you but might (if distance requires) use Remote Desktop to resolve the query by logging on to your computer remotely.
If you haven't experienced this it can be quite strange but essentially we log into your computer via the Internet, control your mouse and can see your screen just like you can. The benefit is that we can then quickly check settings and advanced items that wouldn't be practical (or fun) to be walked through over the phone.
Other Support
If you need help with your website, we can also help sort that out. While this is obviously not the hosting, if it is a tiny change then we often don't charge, and would always quote first if we needed to. Of course if we built your site on our Content Management System bug and error fixing is unlimited.
