Hello we’re the freshSPRING Team! A mixed bunch of about 10 people spread across the UK and a little further afield too with two main bases: London and Chesterfield (up north!).
Most of the team have specialisms such as coding, graphic design (print and web), content/copywriters, etc which we form into ‘smart teams’ on a project by project basis. Working freelance also gives us flexible capacity and keeps costs low for you as we only get paid for working, not eating biscuits 
People you’re likely to encounter
Nick Gazard (Chief Executive)
Broadly responsible for sending lots of emails, making phonecalls, drinking coffee and stubbornly not using a Mac.
His background in Maths, Fundraising and Retail mean he can sometimes be useful and often is involved in delivering training and seminars. Nick has a wife and son and generally enjoys photography and chips when not working.
Chris Witham (Lead Developer)
Responsible for making things work technically. Writing code, having a can do attitude and finding new solutions. Chris puts Nick’s ideas and Jake’s designs together whilst keeping Internet Explorer happy.
Since his dad taught him HTML on a long car journey back in the day, Chris hasn’t stopped writing code. With a passion for all things WordPress, Chris eats, breathes and sleeps plugins, themes and coffee. Chris’s wife understands his love of Lego and has the hospital on speed dial for when he throws himself off his mountain bike.
Jake Howe (Lead Graphic Designer)
Not just here to make things look pretty, but to keep our design work fresh and changing.
Being fed Sellotape and cardboard by his Mum from an early age, Jake has always maintained a creative outlook in everything he does. Using finely placed type or ink stamping wood to get the final result he wants. Jake has a patient wife, who understands his need to make mess and his need to eat lots of cake
